Just a few of my crazy dreams over the past few months

Nephi Cruise Ship

I dreamed Jeff and I were on a Nephi/Liahona themed cruise ship! It had games, food and dancing all reflecting Nephi. In the dream I had a blast! The only downside is that the lines were outrageous. I spent half my dream waiting in lines to play all of the BofM games. 

Getting Murdered

I have this dream A LOT. My dreams usually involve someone coming after me so I have to go into hiding- I've gone into hiding in my dreams at boarding schools, a convent, high school and my closet. One night my whole dream was just me hiding in a closet.

Pretty Little Liars

For some reason the "getting murdered" dreams aren't that scary- but this dream about Pretty Little Liars was terrifying- wake up in a cold sweat- type of a dream. I dreamed Mona was trying to kill me. Very twisty/dark dream. I thought about not watching the show anymore, but after two seconds I knew that wasn't gonna happen so.....I just hope crazy just stays out of my dreams from now on.

High School Basketball

I keep dreaming I'm back in high school on my basketball team in the middle of a very stressful basketball game. I don't like this dream. Everyone's yelling and running around and it's not very fun.

25/26 weeks

A part of me can't believe I'm this far along....and the other part of me definitely can. 

I feel like my stomach just popped way out overnight. Which is kind of cool- I only really want to wear sweat pants or leggings right now bc I hate having anything too tight across my stomach. 

She's moving like CRAZY. I feel like it took me a while to actually feel her move but now that I have she won't stop! It's a pretty cool feeling. She's moving around all day here and there and then she puts on a show from 12:00 am to 3:00 am every night.  Jeff can feel it and we usually fall asleep with his hand on my stomach feeling all the crazy movements.

Now that the holidays are over I'm getting anxious for the next few months and everything I need to do between now and April 27th. We're still figuring out if we should move, I'm starting a new job next week and I still have to figure out all the baby stuff/gear that's actually worth having.

I was making a list last night and ohmygoodness. There is so much stuff! I left off a lot of things I didn't think were necessary but I was still left with a pretty big list. It's hard for me not to just buy everything right now so I can feel prepared and start checking things off my list, but I'm trying to hold off a little longer.

I've been hitting up all my mom friends for their can't-live-without baby items so if you have any of your own suggestions...let me 

know!

Getting Bigger...

I'm 22 weeks and growing right along...

I was out shopping with a friend before we left for Vegas and for the first time I felt like I looked noticeably pregnant. Or I hope I did because my stomach was just sticking out there.

These were taken about two weeks ago so I need to take some more updated ones/ones that aren't in a bathroom.

you're out for a walk and this giant tumbleweed bounces up out of nowhere and hits you in the face. haha. It startled me so much I almost fell down.

Merry Christmas!

 Merry Christmas everyone!

We had such a fun day hanging out, eating good food, and opening presents.

We started our festivities on Christmas Eve with being able to Skype with Mike, who's in Brazil.

He was so fun to talk to and seemed to be doing really well. His birthday is the day after Christmas and we definitely miss having him around.

On Christmas day we slept in, ate a great breakfast of french toast and omelets, opened presents, and watched basketball. In the afternoon Caroline and I went to the movies to see Les Miserables. It was so good! We loved it. I will never get tired of that music or that story. When we got home we had my special birthday dinner- sweet and sour chicken with pineapple, rice and a berry spinach salad. It was delicious. For dessert we had red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. I felt very spoiled and loved all day long. Thanks to our families for being so nice and generous to us this Christmas/birthday. It's crazy to think this is our last without kids (!)

and I just thought these were so cute- Jeff's mom got baby girl some Cowboy's onesies so she'll be ready to go next NFL season.

Vegas

We've been in Vegas for a week now and it has been so nice to hang out with each other and relax! 

We've been keeping busy with making tons of treats, watching a lot of old volleyball games, and taking Laser out of walks. We were also able to spend a morning in the Las Vegas temple. I'd never been to this temple and it was so beautiful inside and out. 

On our plane ride out of Dallas we were on board with a ton of rodeo guys with big belt buckles and girls with huge hair. Apparently there was some big rodeo in Vegas this week. They were really drunk and noisy the whole flight. I gave one of the old guys the evil eye and he slightly quieted down.

We've also been hanging out with Jeff's friends from high school. They're all so fun and get together every Friday night with all their kids and just hang out. 

Jeff was able to get some practice in with their cute little girl, Scarlett.
