27 Dresses (ok, 5)

Ok, can't lie. If I weren't married this might be a little depressing. My good friend Elise Englehorn who is getting married May 8th 2010 asked me to be a bridesmaid! Of course I said yes, and I am so so so excited- the reason this could have been depressing- this will be my 5th time being a bridesmaid, which is kind of impressive considering I have no sisters.
Congrats Elise and Calob!!!!

P.S.
Some dresses are definitely cuter than others

Tsunami Warning!

OK, so Jeff's left for Hawaii on Wednesday for volleyball. So far so good, other than us missing each other, everything was going great.....until he woke up to Tsunami warning alarms this morning. Their was a 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile which created a Tsunami. After an anxious morning, the warning turned out to be nothing, and no damage or harm was done. Jeff and the team were just cooped up in their hotel room all day and their game for tonight was cancelled :( The cancelled game means that they will play on Monday night which means they won't get back until Tuesday. So long to be apart! Gah. LAME

Belated Update (yet again)

Alright, so I know I'm still not blogging a lot.... oh well, life goes on. This is what we've been doing the last two months!

Jeff makes the sleeveless jersey look good

So far we've split a lot of games, but Jeff's been doing really well and it's been fun watching him :)
Jeff's left hand is taped up because he sliced the top of his knuckles against the spindle that holds the net up at the top of the post during a game- he ended up getting 6 stitches!!!

Jeff's family comes up a lot to visit and watch him play

Jeff and Daniel Wright

We were able to meet up with Daniel and Melissa after a game

Other than volleyball, I've been busy with school, work, and research. In school I'm working on a domestic abuse project assessing attitudes and awareness at BYU about incidents of domestic abuse. Jeff and I have also been busy volunteering at the mental hospital for our Abnormal Psychology class.
