This year for Ava's birthday we partied hard.
We made sure to do plenty of things that this two-year-old would love.
We kept the party to family, and started the day out with "2" shaped pancakes.

I let her sneak some ice cream for lunch- it's her birthday! We're crazy over here.
And here is Ava's favorite part of the day- the balloons.
These things kept her entertained for a month afterwards.
A nice long swim with Dad and then a birthday nap all cuddled up.
This was her birthday present to Jeff- he loved it.
Ava then helped me make her cupcakes. She loved it.

Checking out some of her new toys- she scored some legos, puzzles, stuffed animals and a tricycle.
We had our cousins over and we all sang to our newest little two-year-old
