Why is it that In-N-Out is so delicious past midnight?

I mean, it's pretty tasty any time of day, but the other night Jeff and I were out just before In-N-Out was closing and we had to stop by to have a quick late night meal in our car. 

It was heavenly. 

We actually got in a fight when Jeff started eating my fries, but I put an end to that reeeeaaaal quick.

We grabbed out food and ate in our car in the parking lot listening to the radio

Change Up

- I was running late to get my butt kicked in kick boxing-

BUT I had to document yet another hair change. 

yup! it's back to brown. And I'm kind of loving it this time around. 

I'm so cheesy. Haha, couldn't help it.

I chalk the arm up in the background to my many, many hours dedicated to watching America's Next Top Model marathons in college.

We'll see how long I keep it this time, but I was just needing a change and I didn't want to chop my hair off just yet, so going brunette it is!

yup- still breathing....barely. 

Geez Team USA, you sure know how to go all out with the dramatics! Todays game vs. Canada was insane. 4-3 with the U.S. scoring in the 122nd minute to win the game insane. This game had me yelling at my laptop and pulling my hair out the whole second half.

Depending on which stage of life you know me from, you might not know that I'm a little obsessed with USA soccer. So even though I've watched Alex Morgan's goal in the second half of overtime like 20 times... it's a safe bet that I'm going to spend the rest of the night watching that clip on a loop. 

awesome. 

Love the olympics! Now I'll just be crossing my fingers we can beat Japan on Thursday and that my boss will let me stream the game at my computer :)

One night while Matt was here, we stayed up way too late and spent way too much time playing with photo booth. Jeff was studying so we were trying to entertain ourselves...and entertain we did....

haha awesome. Matt will start BYU in Provo in the Fall and I am so excited for him! He's worked so hard and deserves all the good that comes his way. I had a blast at BYU and I'm sure he will too. I mean, judging by these pics you'd totally want him for a roommate huh?

poor matt had his wisdom teeth out last week and was good enough to think of me when he woke up by sending me these gems.

 love it. also love that when i was talking to him the next day he had ZERO memory of these messages and had to go look them back up when i mentioned them. 

Update!

So it's been awhile since I've updated this ol' blog, but I thought I should do a quick recap of what we've been up to these last few months 

Work. School. Sleep.

Glad we're all caught up now! lol

But really, even though we have been busy we've still managed to fit in a few fun things along the way

-and like always...I've only taken photos using my phone :)

an iphone pic of myself? how embarrassing ;) but my hair was actually doing what I wanted it to that day so I pretty much had to take a pic.

One night we met up with the Cooks at Hard Eight's for some BBQ

 Can you believe we've been married for three years? Seems crazy- times going by too fast!

 Jeff and I met up with Mary and Phil at their house and then we went out to see fireworks on the 4th of July. Mary was so great and got us VIP seats at the Cotton Bowl- it was so fun to see them both! We went over for dinner on another night earlier in the summer and had a great time grilling and watching My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding- that show is unreal. It's one I used to watch with my grandma last summer and one I could watch that show with Mary for days.

 My baby brother came to town for a a few days and we had a blasty blast showing him around

 really. we had a blast. i promise lol

there he is! ha, he was so much fun to hang out with and i wish he was still here!

 I cleared my schedule at work so I was off for the whole time he was here. Jeff had tests to study for but was a champ and just lugged his study guides with him everywhere- seriously. we went to Six Flags on day and Jeff brought along his book for the lines. Jeff studied hard and ended up owning his test so all was well.

And yeah! That's about it- and now we're just trying our best to stay out of the sun- it was 108 degrees today!-
